So for example, if we create a new Opportunity and add Products worth $105,000, that value will be correctly reflected in the ‘Amount’ field, and in the corresponding feed item. An opportunity can have multiple quotes, but it can sync with only one quote at a time. Next, head back to the Hub in administrator view, and follow the path Integrations > Salesforce > Sync Advocacy Activities. Quote syncing lets you link a quote to the opportunity that it was created from and synchronize all updates between the two records. The value displayed in the feed item should represent that value of the ‘Amount’ field at that point in time, but we see conflicting behavior on feed items created when syncing a Quote, if a Product was deleted from the Opportunity after the Quote was created, but before it was synced. Alternatively, you can exclude specific profiles, but you must include the profile that was used to connect to the Influitive Integration. When feed tracking is enabled on the Opportunity ‘Amount’ field, feed items will be added on an Opportunity record anytime Products are adjusted via the Products related list, or by syncing a Quote. Opportunity Feed item displays incorrect ‘Amount’ value if Product is removed after a Quote is created, but before Quote Syncing is enabled.
